As the founder and director of Viettonkin for 15 years, Trường Lăng is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company. He makes top-level decisions regarding concerning operations, partnerships, and investments that are in line with company goals and leads the executive team to achieve success in many ventures. He represents the company in key business negotiations and external relationships and set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.

Having consulted on numerous projects both in Belgium and Southeast Asia for more than 20 years, and specifically on FDI projects for the last 15 years, Trường is undoubtedbly a top expert in his field. He have been able to guide clients accross different industries to expand their business. With a deep knowledge in risk management, and business operations, along with a proven track record of successful consultation projects, Trường Lăng will definintely be a valuable partner to provide quality consulting services to investors.

Having almost 10 years of experience in managing and overseeing various types of translation projects, Hiền Lương leads the translation department to ensure all documents translated are of the highest quality and accuracy.

Hiền leads and manages a qualified team, effectively communicating with clients, translation collaborators, and notary offices to deliver projects without fail. With vast knowledge in project management and team leadership, she ensures that the translations are executed and presented to the best possible standards that will meet the clients' expectations.

Nga Đinh

Nga Đinh has over 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management, 3 years in Project Management, and 3 years in Operations Management. She oversees all operations of the company and monitors companywide business strategies across four management areas: technology, operations, customers, and employees.

Nga organizes and executes task related to business objectives, plans, reports, and KPI evaluations and ensure that the company is following the strategic directions set by the Board of Directors. With a strong background in HR and operational management, she is well-equipped to steer the company in the right direction and streamline business processes to achieve company goals with efficiency and efficacy.

Sales & Accounts Manager

Long Nguyễn

Having over 10 years of experience in managing investment projects in construction and over 5 years of experience in handling legal affairs for projects focused on FDI, Long Nguyễn brings with him immense experience in his field. Long is responsible for business planning and coordinating and works very closely with the CEO in managing sales, marketing, consulting, and direct contacts with clients.

Long leads the team to ensure effective task completion by handling client relationships, monitoring client status, and making sure that debt collection occurs seamlessly. Performance-oriented, he implements reporting systems and measures team performance for business success. Backed by his experience in investment projects and business planning, Long will cater to the needs of the clients and ensure that clients gets strategic and comprehensive support in place.
